Olive Wood Salad Bowl
Description
Story:
Some bowls arrive for one meal and stay for every one after. Carved from a single piece of olive wood, no seams and no joins, this one carries the whole story of its tree in the grain, and no other bowl anywhere carries the same.
It was made for the table's biggest job. Greens tossed and dressed in front of everyone, a pile of citrus through winter, the fruit that never quite makes it to the fridge. Naturally antibacterial and dense enough to shrug off stains and odors, it works as hard as it looks good.
Olive wood is the rare material that gets more beautiful the more it is used, the grain deepening with every salad, every gathering, every year. The bowl your table is remembered by, and the one a daughter argues for when the time comes.
