Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong Tea Gift Set

This Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong Tea is crafted from premium tea leaves grown on Phoenix Mountain, Chaozhou, Guangdong, China. As a traditional semi-oxidized oolong tea, it is carefully produced through multiple steps, including picking, sun withering, leaf shaping, and roasting. The oxidation process plays an essential role in developing its complex aroma and creating its characteristic appearance. The finished leaves are tightly twisted, evenly shaped, and have a dark, glossy colour. After brewing, the leaves reveal a beautiful contrast of green centres with reddish edges, showcasing the unique character of this exceptional tea.

Complex Aroma & Smooth Finish

Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong Tea is famous for its wide variety of natural aromas, including popular varieties such as Honey Orchid, Duck Shit Aroma, and Yellow Gardenia. It releases an intense and long-lasting fragrance with a distinctive mineral and floral character from the Phoenix Mountain region. The tea produces a clear golden-orange liquor with a rich yet refreshing taste. Smooth and mellow on the palate, it delivers a pleasant sweetness, a lingering aftertaste, and a refreshing sensation that continues after each sip. With excellent re-steeping ability, this tea allows you to enjoy its evolving flavours through multiple infusions.
